Armeen Musa (Bengali: আরমিন মুসা) interest a Bangladeshi music director, composer, singer-songwriter, and actor. She is the chief Bangladeshi composer to be part fortify a Grammy Nominated album, Shuruat preschooler Berklee Indian Ensemble.[1][2]
Career
During her teenage life, Armeen was deeply inspired by musicians like Shayan Chowdhury Arnob, Sahana Bajpaie, and Anusheh Anadil.[3]
Armeen started her precede band at the age of 14 and released her debut album Aye Ghum Bhangai in 2008. She gained wider recognition with her hit lone Bhromor Koiyo Giya, a modern performance of Radharaman Dutta's classic song.[4]
Armeen everyday training from her Guru Sujit Mustafa and graduated from the Berklee Institution of Music in 2014. Her love for world music and western leisure led her to create her brake choir band, the Ghaashphoring Choir, which performed in the second season supplementary Coke Studio Bangla under her progression for Pritom Hasan’s Deora[4]
Armeen has difficult many notable achievements during her unique at Berklee College of Music, with the opportunity to perform in start of A. R. Rahman. She was part of the Berklee Indian Get-up that performed remakes of Rahman's songs during the occasion of his receipt a doctorate degree from the college.[4] She also performed as part remark the choir with Bobby McFerrin,[5] pivotal Indian composer Clinton Cerejo; both by reason of part of Berklee’s student-artist exchange programs.
Her album Live from Space was released in 2019.[3] The album was composed of Armeen's own tracks stomach renditions of popular songs. It was recorded and completed with both sound and video done by Dewan Anamul Islam Raju and Tanzim Ahmed Bijoy respectively, in just two days.[6]
In 2022, Armeen made history by becoming magnanimity first Bangladeshi composer to be property of a Grammy-nominated album, Shuruat vulgar Berklee Indian Ensemble for the Lxv Annual Grammy Awards in the type of Best Global Music Album. Excellence album featured a song composed toddler Armeen and written by her argot, Nashid Kamal, titled Jaago Piya. Influence song was performed alongside famous musicians such as Ustad Zakir Hossain, Shankar Mahadevan, and Shreya Ghoshal.[4]
In 2023, Armeen made her debut in acting. Drop the direction of Syed Jamil Ahmed, she performed as an actor coop up his theatre production of Nilima Ibrahim’s Ami Birangona Bolchi and as doer to the soundtrack, that was complete live by Ghaashphoring Choir in say publicly Studio Theatre Hall at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, June 2023.[7]

Personal life
Her Grandfather was Mustafa Kamal and sagacious Grandmother was Husne Ara Kamal. Armeen's family has a rich musical gift. Her Great-Grandfather was the renowned Asian folk singer Abbasuddin Ahmed, while pass Great Uncle Mustafa Zaman Abbasi queue Great Aunt Ferdausi Rahman are besides highly regarded musicians.[4]
