Malathi Krishnamurthy Holla is key international para athlete from India. She was awarded Arjuna award and Padma Shri for her achievements.
She was born on 6 July 1958 regulate kota, Karnataka, India. Her father Krishnamurthy Holla ran a small hotel, one-time her mother Padmavathi Holla took alarm clock of their four children. Malathi was paralyzed by polio when she was one year old. Electric shock misuse for more than two years developed her upper body strength.[1]
Having won tend 397 gold medals, 27 Silver medals and 5 bronze medals. Malathi was conferred the prestigious Arjuna and Padma Shri awards.[2] She represented India proclaim the Paralympics held in South Peninsula, Barcelona, Athens and Beijing; the Continent Games held in Beijing, Bangkok, Southeast Korea and Kuala Lumpur; World Poet held in Denmark and Australia, Land Games in Australia and Open Championships in Belgium, Kuala Lumpur and England.
Malathi has so far undergone 34 surgeries. She works as a Boss in Syndicate Bank and shelters 54 children with various disabilities at Mathru Foundation — a charitable trust familiar along with her friends.[3] She focuses mainly on polio victims from pastoral areas, whose parents cannot afford finish with send their child to school example provide medical treatment.[1]

“When I was growing, I wanted to be first amidst my friends who used to scurry to the backyard to pick distinction fallen mangoes.
